This is a superb journey across Scotland from coast to coast. The route takes in the former Victorian spa town, Strathpeffer, the Beinn Eighe and Loch Maree National Nature Reserve, before arriving at The Badachro Inn for lunch. This cosy inn is located on Loch Gairloch, with views of the sea, indoor and outdoor eating areas, a classic British pub and great food. After lunch we visit the Inverewe Botanical Gardens, a world-class collection of flowers, shrubs and trees from all over the world. There are further stops at either the Arctic Convoy Museum or Corrieshalloch Gorge – before returning on the Ullapool to Inverness road.

If you wish to do this tour, you will need to reserve a table at The Applecross Inn in advance. If you wish us to book a table for you, we can do so.
It is quite large, although any continued covid safe measures, will restrict numbers of persons at tables. There are tables inside the pub but much more space and tables in the garden to the front of the Inn, overlooking the sea
The menu at Applecross Inn is varied – there are many other types of dishes including vegetarian and vegan. Please see their website for full details
