All about the Highland Shooting.

This is a half day tour, starting with a visit to the Highland Shooting Centre for a session of clay pigeon shooting. Firearms and ammunition are provided, along with a high standard of coaching under strict safety procedures. Sessions can vary depending on the requirements of each client, anything from a basic introduction of 1 hour to a more advanced session of 2.5 hours.

After our visit to HSC, we travel several miles east to the Falls of Shin – which between May and September is one of the best locations to spot leaping salmon. There is also a restaurant/café at the Shin Falls and toilets.

After a brief stop at the Falls, we travel back towards the east coast stopping in for a tour and tasting at Glenmorangie Distillery, one of the most well-known malt whisky distilleries in the Highlands.

Yes! The owner Marcus is a former gamekeeper and expert shot and coach. He teaches people who are complete novices, right up to experienced competitive clay pigeon shooters

It depends on what your level of shooting is and how much shooting you want to do. It can range from a simple session of 25 clays at £75 to a 2 hour session of 100 clays.

It is a very well run shooting centre and safety is at the forefront of every shooting session. The gun is only loaded under supervision and a safety supervisor will always be present to guide the shooter. Ear protection is also provided.
